My name is Jasmine Walker. My passion for Accounting and Tax started over 15 years ago. I earned my Bachelor’s in Accounting from Xavier University of Louisiana and my Master’s from the University of Arizona, also in Accounting with a specialization in Tax.  

 

      I started my career working in tax accounting for five years. I would then move on to work as an auditor and bookkeeper for the next two years. After my time in public accounting, I then moved to governmental and non profit accounting while still working in tax part-time.   

 

      I was moved to start Grant Taxes in 2020 just before the rise of the pandemic. I knew this was an important time for people to have trust and security in their finances. I wanted to own a firm where my clients could have peace about the services they were receiving. I take pride in my professionalism and expertise in the services I provide. My goal is to always keep my clients first through integral accounting and tax procedures. I’ve had the pleasure of assisting hundreds of clients over the last three years. My hope is that I continue to be a positive impact to all my clients that allow them to reach their financial goals.
